Having a new kitten is always fun and exciting but it also means sacrification and dedication. No doubt it is fun and great having a cute partner to play with but on the other side you may need to sacrifice time,money and space for your little cuddly pet. People always assume their pet cats are independent, but actually they count on people to provide food, water, safe shelter, veterinary care, a clean litter box, love, and more for them..! Choosing and providing the right cat equipment will help ensure you have a happy and healthy pet.
Actually,we're going to adopt a cat from my senpai..!! Can't wait for it to come this weekend..! Before today, we actually requested for a girl kitten and we named her Ninja but she's not well and suspected maybe she's pregnant. Huhuhu.. we can't travel around especially travel within flights with a pregnant cat so we shifted to a boy cat and we called it Leo..! Yyyeaayyy.. *Leo Leo Leo* We'd prepared so many things so that Leo will be comfort and happy around us.Try to get all the essenials stuffs before your little kitten arrive.Here are some of the essentials things for adopting a cat:
1.Cat food.
3.Litter box,Litter and Scoop
This is important.Make sure that your cat is trained to poop in the litter box to keep your house clean.And the scoop is used to pick up the **** la. -_- Some can also be trained to poop in the toilet bowl.We got a medium sized litter box that can be placed in Leo's cage .Do make sure the litter box can be fitted inside the cage to ease the cleaning process.We also get the litter with deodorizer.
5.Cat carrier
As we're living in Japan and i'm planning to travel back forth Malaysia and Japan with Leo, so the cat carrier is essential..! We get a rigid plastic carrier with the airplane safety included so that Leo can fit in when on plane or heading to park for a walk.Cat carrier for planes are much more complicated and there are many rules and regulations that need to be considered.Will do share more post about bringing cat along on plane. :)
6.Cat's toys.
Cats love to play and they are active creatures..!! Toys with attractive colours and sounds will attract their attention to play and have fun along.We did not buy any toys at all instead we make one..! Yyyeeeayyy.. Leo will be playing toys that handmade by us.Hoho. We gathered the all old play stuffs and we built a cat's playground(castle) so that Leo will have maximum fun playing with us.!
7.Cat's neck and body collar
We got a cute neck collar with a small bell so that we will always alert with Leo's activity.For the evening walk, we got him a body collar instead of only neck collar so that our cat will not feel pain or uncomfortable.*Yeehhhaa* Can't wait to train together with Leo at the castle's park..Get all the collars kept safely in a small pouch will help you to organize all the cat's stuffs.

You'll need tissues plus wet tissues, water spray, paper plastics and etc when emergency or outing with your cat.Cats sometimes do vomit at unexpected time and place so just prepare well.

Check and make sure which are the best for your kitten(cat). There are so many products and types of cat food like in cans or the kibbles one and the prices vary from one another.We got the Cat Smack Plus with fish flavour. What's so special about the Cat Smack Plus: the balance of nutrients and there are small particles to clean cat's teeth are provided all round in one meal..! No problem in taking care cat's health and teeth..!
2.Cat's food bowl.
There are so many types that you can choose but ceramics are the best. Do separate the food and water bowl and keep them clean always...! Most bowls are fairly inexpensive(we got one from Daiso with cat pictures) and will last long if kept clean and handled carefully.

Prepare enough towels,cat's shampoo,cat's nail trimmer,soft grooming brush and etc are important for a clean and healthy cat.We got Leo's shampoo in Lion brand with mild soap scent as suggested by our senpai ^^.

10.Cat's cage
This is optional.I am a student on the time being and planning to have a pet cat.On the same time I don't want my cat to get my apartment dirty while i'm on class.So I got Leo a big and spacious cage(litter box and cat's bowl can be fitted in well) to keep him secure while i'm on class or when i'm training. Eventhough i'm at home, i'll need space to work out and I don't want to hurt Leo but other than that,Leo will be free to play around the apartment wherever he wants.It's only used for when i'm on classes or on fitness :)
11.Cat's bag
This is optional too.Recently we're in the fitness thing and sometimes work out at outside,parks.We planned to bring Leo along for evening walk so the cat's bag are essential for all Leo's stuffs like paper bag and scoop for Leo's ****, small bowl for Leo's drinks,tissues,Leo's collar and shirt,and etc.
Well, that is what we had prepared for Leo for the time being.Hope that we can take a good care of it and have a great time together..!! Hihihi.. Waiting for you baby Leo..!! ^^
