Grolier books review

This is a review for Grolier books in Malaysia.

We were having great time around Giant and on that time, Grolier staffs was promoting the books. Suria, the promoter greeted me and introduced the Grolier books and education materials.
I'm always interested in all kind of books and we had a  long chat about early education for children. At last, we bought the Disney book sets on Friday and the Grolier books arrived on Sunday.

We got:
1. The Talking English + talking pen
2. Logico Primo books with game board
3. Grolier Wonderful World of Science
4. Mini encyclopedia
5. A big shelf
for over RM2000.

We chose the autopay type for the payment. Which means, Grolier will deduct money from your bank account every end of the month. According to our experience :we did not have sufficient money in my account like on 27th Feb and when i inserted enough money on 3rd march, Grolier quickly deduct the money.. Haha.. Luckily Grolier detected the money and took the money. Because the autopay mode might be converted to other payment method(like using collector -which we do not prefer)  if no money is received by Grolier.

Since we owned a tuition centre, I've already share the books with my students and they love them soooooo much. We prepared a special section for the books and the place looks AMAZING...! Hihi..  I used the Talking Pen for our English Speaking Class and  they had so much fun with the Talking Pen as well as the Logico Primo's game board too. The pen can read, make animal sounds and sounds for places and even play recorded songs. Rechargeable and is okay if dropped. And for the encyclopedia, the standard 6 students can't take their eyes off from the interesting facts. The facts are great, simply understandable and lots of interesting pictures....!! very good...!!

Plus, my husband and i enjoyed reading Grolier encyclopedia too. So many fun and new Science facts. We would talk and discuss about the information and sometimes we reread the books. My baby,Hana  loves to listen to the Talking Pen and she always wanted to hold the colorful book. She especially lives the Science book about Cats.

We (my family & the students) are very satisfied with Grolier's books quality and services. It's just that I've checked the books and i noticed the books that we got were 2011 edition (I bought the books on January 2020). Come on, seriously...!!! We hope to get the newest edition when we buy some Grolier books in future.

Overall, here's the conclusion :
1. Services by the promoter: 4/5 (quite good and she responded every message i Whatsapp her in proper manner)
2. Delivery service : 5/5 (quick delivery with the cute Disney van)
3. Books quality:4/5 (hard cover books, beautiful colours with special cover or bag)- it's just that we wanted the newest edition
4. Shelf quality:5/5 (sturdy,strong and beautiful shelf-reachable for small kids)
5. Payment: 4/5 (efficient but we did not receive any formal receipt for monthly payment-could not check the balance)

Overall....: Grolier---> GOOD BOOKS.. GOOD LEARNING MATERIALS.
