BEHIND OF KODOMO NO SEKAII

Hmmm... Where should I start? Ooohhh … What about that one fine evening (June 2016) back in Japan where this silly blog was born..!! Hi, I’m Puteri Nurul Syamilah (obviously I’m the writer) and Muhammad Khairiakmal, well he’s my boyfriend (we’re not married yet at that moment) and my biggest supporter in writing this blog. Initially, we had the idea of sharing our travelling experiences in Japan throughout this blog, but then I took over the blog (coz he’s not writing at all) and splurged out all the crazy stuffs that we enjoyed especially food…!

Talking about food, you can never mess up with great recipes. I love to cook, we love to eat but Khairi needs to clean it, like always.(Hey, I’m the one who susah payah cook all the yummy dish okay) Hihi.. *grinning* Honestly, I’m not a good cook (well, initially) and I first started making my omelette was like when I’m 18, but it was never too late to learn and get started,right? ;) I read, I learnt, I tried and even failed like countless of times but still I enjoy cooking for my family and my sweetheart, and nothing else matter..! And now, I’m so proud that I’m able to make my own roti canai and seeing my father in law (after we got married) having his meal twice when I cooked the chicken rice, hehe… I knew I’ve got everyone’s heart..!

About Khairi, we met at the age of 18, started dating (officially when TERBOCORRAHSIA-TERSALAHMESSAGEMAK  to my mum that I have a close boy-friend) at the age of 19 and happily married at 23. We’ve been through most everything together and often still feel like the same 19 years old we were when we started dating. (Feels like dah lama kawin... huahaha) It’s sooo cool to know someone who shares the same ideas, same passion same cravings and what’s more cooler is that… he’s my husband now..!! Gosh, I’m so grateful that he’s a good listener, because I love to talk, like A LOT..! I love you hubby..

I love to write. [I used to write songs and detective stories back in secondary schools and MUST make my friends listen and read it when I finished..! *Kesian korang*.. kekeke..] Writing to me is so addictive and when I have a pencil and a paper (even a small piece of paper would do), I just can’t stop writing or sketching or do something with it…! I grew up with a love of creating and writing. From sketching to drawing to LOTS of writing, I was always doing something with colours too. Poor hubby have to make sure all my drawing & colouring sets are always equipped or I’ll be in a bad mood. I’m crazy all over pinkly cute stuffs and don’t get me started with BARBIE, coz it’s going to be a very Very VERY long story..! Seriously..!!

Well, that’s it. I have so much more to write here, but maybe you peeps (readers) could learn a little more about our little family, the journey and experiences that we have in Japan, the loves for all excellent recipes and perhaps something about baby..! (Yyeeeehaaaa .. I’m pregnant now)
