Ratatouille

Assalammualaikum..

I love to cook. Holding knife and senduk (spatula) makes me feel like I’m in Ketuk Ketuk Ramadhan everyday.Haha.. I enjoy making cuisine and since I’m from a mixed cultural family, the dishes that I always prepared have the hint of Chinese and Malay mixture in it. Believe it or not, our meal can consist of rendang chicken as the main dish and wantan soup together with it. BTW, we love soup(s), like so much..! Basically,my mum and popo (grandma) are the gatekeepers of top fantastic recipes in my family (and I’m still learning), but mastering all the super skills and hidden secrets are like one of my life goals. I wish that I can fascinate them with an excellent dish on the Chinese New Year one day..!

I love hunting for wonderful recipes, try them out and stuff my belly with yummy licious meals. But what I love the most is to share it with you guys..!! Since marriage, I tried to embrace healthy eating as much as I can, and starting from that, steaming & stewing & sautéing & all the healthy stuffs have been my best friends ever. *liar-you don’t even touch the broccoli..!!* I keep all the deep frying to the minimum level, but I still enjoy them very much..! *true honesty* hihi…
