Hari Raya's preparation in Japan

Assalammualaikum ya'lls.

How's the fasting going on?Time do fly  so fast until we realised that it's just around a week left before the Lembaran Hari Raya comes.Alhamdulillah we're still blessed with a good health and are in great condition in facing the challenges in the fasting month and still given chance to celebrate the Hari Raya which is coming soon. Even though we're in Japan,apart far from our family and Malay friends, still, we try our best to celebrate the Aidilfitri with what we have here.*nangis sayu tau dengar lagu raya..! nak balik raya*


Don't even mention about shopping.Honestly, shopping in Japan for Hari Raya is quite expensive but still affordable. Making a list is essential..!! Must make a plan and fix a budget so that we will not spend too much on things that are unnecessary. We fixed our budget around 15000yen(which is about RM450) for the food,decorations,Raya party and etc.We planned to make a Raya party for the Japanese friends so that they can celebrate with us too.Getting halal food in Japan is not easy and cheap especially for a place like Saga.But still, we manage to find the best halal food supply here.About the kuih Raya(Raya cookies),we planned to make some this year and it's our first time making kuih Raya.. -_-..!! Yup..! i'm 21 this year and never been making kuih raya before.~ TTsskk..!! List of kuih Raya: Almond London, Raya Red Pearl cookies and Chocolate Chips cookies..! >_< will do share the recipes on the recipe section.. *Yyyeeayy*

Thanks to Khairi's mom for kindly sending us some kuih raya,ketupat raya instant,some milo and etc so that we won't feel less on the celebration day.My mum sent me a baju kurung too..!! Love you girls..! BTW,our theme for this year's Raya is green..~Hihihi.. can't wait to get ourselves in the new brand Raya clothes.

Yyyyeeaayyy.. we're going to adopt a kitten:) Insyallah after Raya,the lil kitty will come to us by mid of July in a good health..! *excited over the moon* Recently we've been busy google the informations and preparation for a kitten.We even create our own cat's playground for the lil kitty.Hope that she'll like it..!

BTW,since we're on the last chapter of the Ramadhan's month, why don't we grab the chances left by doing more good deens as much as we can.There's a way for you Malaysians to lend a hand in helping those who are less fortunate to celebrate the Raya in a merrier way..! Here's a simply charity called the Program Amal "Baju Raya Project". I want to help but how? Okay, you'll just need to pack all the unwanted Raya clothes that still in good condition and can be wore in a plastic bag and hand in to the staffs.Here's the details below.

The date was due but you can still contact and keep and keep in touch with them if you want to help those who are in need.If not,you can just prepare for the next year's program to donate Baju Raya(s).Insyallah by our good deens (eventhough just an intention[niat]), we will be granted pahala by Allah.


Remember: Tangan yang tidak lokek memberi , tidak akan pernah rugi.
