Assalammualaikum readers.. :)
How's the day ?Today let's have a girl talk :p I wanna share my experience about the medical check up that I've been through yesterday and don't freak out.. i'm not ill or whatever.. it's just a procedure for young woman like me should had been through whether you're ill or not.
See the cards up there? It's actually a free coupon for a medical check up which is common in Japan. We women in Saga, we got some specialities like receiving coupon for the 子宮頸がん検診(shikyuu keigan kenshin)cervix cancer check up every year.I don't know other region in Japan provide such specialities or not but in Saga, it's cool right having this kind of coupon..!! >_< And the coupon is attached with a setsumeisho(explanation book) for the understanding of the whole process from booking till the medical check up result.
Me as a young woman(21 this year :p),honestly i ignored the coupon at first when i received it -_-. Yalaaa... i'm young what.. feeling well and nothing to worry about~(at least that is what i thought). then i got a card reminder calling me to go for the check up again about last week and that made me think twice."maybe i should give a chance for this check up".. and yes.. i'd through it and it was a good experince for me and my health.
Having the medical check up is not difficult at all. You'll just need to search for the nearest hospital or clinic that have such check up, and i choosed すこやか女性クリニック (Sukoyaka woman's clinic) ,located near to the Saga bank.Give them a call for reservation and don't be late for your appointment. The staffs were so friendly and helpful. You'll just need to fill up some forms(in Japanese) and follow the instructions by the doctor there.Everything was pretty easy and if you have any question or feeling uncomfortable, just askor inform the doctor there :)

Can't wait for the results next week.BTW,results can be posted or you can personally go to the clinic again to hear the explanation from the doctor yourself.Do take care of your health no matter how old are you and even though you're feeling fine. When you have the chance to go for a medical check, yes , go for it.You'll lose nothing.Remember, " PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE" :)
Taking place under the tagline ‘We can. I can.’, World Cancer Day 2016-2018 will explore how everyone – as a collective or as individuals – can do their part to reduce the global burden of cancer.Just as cancer affects everyone in different ways, all people have the power to take various actions to reduce the impact that cancer has on individuals, families and communities.World Cancer Day is a chance to reflect on what you can do, make a pledge and take action. Whatever you choose to do ‘We can. I can.’ make a difference to the fight against cancer.
This one made me giggled..~ LOL~
